We gladly accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Expired Products: If you receive products that have expired upon arrival, please notify us immediately.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please let us know.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation and clear photographic evidence so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen during ordering. To minimize the chances of this:

While we aim to assist you where possible:
We do not offer free exchanges for incorrectly ordered items once your order has been shipped.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping for Exchanges (Within South Africa):
Exchanges are only permitted for customers with shipping locations within South Africa.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
