- High5 reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its sole discretion.
4.2. Pricing & Errors
- High5 strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.
- If an incorrect price is displayed, High5 may:
- Cancel the order and refund you.
- Offer the product at the correct price (subject to your approval).

- A legally binding sale is only concluded once High5 dispatches the product (or confirms collection availability).

5. Payment Methods & Security

- Bank Transfer (EFT) – Must reflect in High5’s account within 14 days, or the order is cancelled.

- If payment authorization fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.
6. Delivery & Collection
6.1. Delivery Options
- Courier Services: High5 partners with FASTWAY & PARGO couriers for nationwide delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates only and depend on stock availability, location, and courier delays.
- We strive to complete orders within 3 - 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
6.2. Collection (Click & Collect)
- You may collect orders from High5’s Pretoria warehouse (subject to prior confirmation).
- Must present order reference & ID upon collection.
6.3. Risk & Ownership Transfer
- Risk of damage/loss transfers to you upon delivery.
- Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
7.1. Returns Policy (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
- You may return unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Exclusions:
- Clearance/sale items.
- Products removed from original packaging.
7.2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed via EFT only (no credit card reversals).
- Transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
7.3. Exchanges
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
